Power Transition raised £165K pre-seed funding in 2018 match funded by Innovate UK. Funds were used for a commercial pilot to develop and deploy its technology across a 47-home eco-development in Corby. We raised a further £300K via Crowdcube in 2020 and £320K up to Q3 2022 to support further R&D and the development of the platform ready for early commercial rollout.

We are now seeking a further £2m "late seed" funding round in exchange for 25% of the business.

The investment will be used to support transitioning from proof of concept to market-ready platform, deployment of BRE Smart MicroGrid, Overseas Demonstrators (including Tata Power), EV fleet charging pilot projects, and the extensive hardware integration requirements needed for full commercialisation.
