Louisa Cilenti

Louisa specialises in clean energy financing and M&A and headed up Lux Nova’s financing practice. She has over two decades of experience across a wide range of low-carbon, renewable and environmental infrastructure projects globally, many of which were breakthrough deals of their day.

Louisa has been recognised as a leading lawyer in the renewables sector by Legal 500 since 2015 and by Chambers and Partners since 2017.

For two consecutive years (2018 and 2019), Louisa contributed as a guest lecturer at Oxford University’s “Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment”, on the post-graduate programme focussed on financing renewable energy.

Louisa is CEO and Co-founder of pH3 Capital, a women-led strategy consultancy which provides strategy and fundraising support for sustainability startups and SMEs.
